What geographical area does The Car Butler cover?
The Car Butler’s services are available in Vancouver’s West Side (between 33rd Avenue and the Lion’s Gate Bridge and between Cambie Village and UBC). We also provide on-demand Hotel Services for non-Vancouver residents who are visiting the city.

Furthermore, if enough demand emerges in surrounding areas, such as North and West Vancouver, we will certainly consider expanding our services to cover these areas. If you would like us to cover your area, please contact us today and let us know.

What are the prices of The Car Butler’s services?
The Car Butler offers a free trial for potential new customers. Our paid services are divided into three service programs, which customers subscribe to annually, plus a range of individually billed on-demand services.

Our A La Carte and Hotel Services are charged for individually – either by the service or by the hour, depending on the service. On-demand service prices start at just $50. Parts and outsourced labour cost extra.

The Car Butler takes your vehicle to the experts.  Any of the work that The Car Butler will do on your vehicle is specifically recommended in your owner’s manual. Any description in the owner's manual can be performed by the owner without affecting the warranty.

What happen's if The Car Butler is in an accident with my vehicle?
The Car Butler is insured to the extent that your insurance company will not be involved in any way.  The bottom line is, in the unlikely event that a your vehicle is in an accident while in the care of The Car Butler, your insurance policy is in no way negatively affected.
